Privacy in Corpalink V0

Effective September 11, 2026

Corpalink is an early hosted workspace for notes and sources saved through your agent. This page describes how the current V0 handles that information. Contact the operator at gwa.agent1@gmail.com with privacy questions or account and data deletion requests.

Sign-in information

Google sign-in shares your basic profile and email address with our authentication provider, WorkOS. WorkOS manages your identity and sign-in sessions. Corpalink uses your verified WorkOS user identifier to associate you with your private workspace. The Google integration requests email and basic profile access; it does not request Gmail, Drive, or contacts access.

What you save and retrieve

Corpalink stores the text you or your connected agent explicitly submit, file paths, source metadata, revision history, and records of changes. It does not automatically receive or record your full agent conversations. Agents you authorize can read and update your workspace through MCP. Their handling of retrieved content is governed by the agent provider's own privacy practices.

Services that process information

Vercel hosts the application, Supabase stores workspace content and history, and WorkOS provides authentication. For semantic search, saved text sections and search queries are sent to the OpenAI embeddings API. Encrypted database backups are stored in private GitHub Actions artifacts. These services also process operational information needed to run the service, such as requests, authentication events, and errors.

Access, retention, and deletion

V0 workspaces are private to their owner through the application; team sharing is not available. Authorized service operators and infrastructure providers can process data as needed to operate and maintain the service. You can inspect and export your documents and history in the browser.

Documents and revisions remain stored until permanently erased. Archiving hides an item from ordinary retrieval but retains its content and history. Contact the operator for permanent deletion of workspace content or your account. Encrypted backup artifacts have a 14-day retention period, so previously captured content can remain in backups until they expire. Copies you or your agents exported are outside Corpalink's deletion controls.

Session cookies

The application uses session and authentication cookies to keep you signed in and complete login securely. Signing out ends the browser session.
